Visible CampusFounding pilot for universities

One cohort.
A clearer development picture.

An eight-week pilot for an initial 20 adult students or recent graduates. Individual Proof for participants; consented cohort learning for the university.

For every participantA reviewed Evidence, Meaning, Gap, Action and New Proof report they can use.
For careers teamsRecurring needs translated into specific support priorities.
For leadershipA measured account of participation, comprehension and action.
A deliberately focused first pilot

Small enough to review properly. Structured enough to learn something useful.

01 · SETUP

Weeks 1–2

Agree the cohort, participant communication, consent boundaries, success measures and delivery timetable.

02 · DELIVERY

Weeks 3–6

Participants complete Visible Proof. Every report is reviewed before release. Completion and review issues are logged.

03 · LEARNING

Weeks 7–8

Review participant feedback, attempted actions and privacy-safe learning with the institution. This closes the initial phase, not the later Proof refresh.

What is included

Clear outputs for participants and the institution.

  • 20 individual Visible Proof reports
    Founder reviewed before release.
  • Participant feedback and 14-day follow-up
    Comprehension, usefulness and attempted action.
  • One pilot learning review
Delivery findings, recurring needs and next-step recommendation. A later reviewed refresh at 60–90 days after each first report is separately scoped and agreed; it is not completed within the eight-week initial phase.
Governance boundary

Personal reports remain personal.

  • Individual consent is explicit.
Participation and any institutional learning use are explained separately.
  • No individual ranking.
The pilot does not automate admissions, hiring or employment decisions.
  • No small-group disclosure.
Patterns are reported only where the cohort is large enough to protect participants.
  • No outcome overclaim.
The pilot measures use and action—not guaranteed jobs, promotions or salaries.
Measures agreed before launch
