Clear boundaries before you begin.
These terms describe the limited Visible private learning beta. They are effective from 25 September 2026 and will change before a public paid launch.
The beta service
An invitation allows one participant aged 18 or over to complete the assessment and receive the beta deliverable described in that invitation. The current purpose is learning and career development.
Evidence boundaries
A Proof Report is based mainly on information the participant provides. Human review checks clarity, attribution and unsupported conclusions. It does not independently verify every statement, certify a qualification or establish that an employer will accept a claim.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information you believe is accurate.
- Do not upload confidential employer material, patient information or personal data about another person without authority.
- Check report wording before reusing it in an application, interview or public profile.
Payment and delivery
The current individual invited beta includes the assessment, first human-reviewed Proof report and one human-reviewed Proof refresh at no charge. Return with new evidence 60–90 days after the first report is released to use the included refresh. No payment is taken and there is no automatic paid upgrade. Your expected review date is confirmed with your invitation. Additional refreshes beyond the one included, and institutional pilots, are scoped separately; any timing or fee must be agreed before that additional service begins. Public pricing and paid-service terms will be published before an open paid launch.
Privacy
The Privacy & Data notice explains current collection, review, storage, retention and deletion practices. Optional marketing or institutional use requires separate permission.
No guaranteed outcome
Visible does not guarantee a job, interview, promotion, salary increase, admission decision or score improvement. The report is developmental guidance and does not replace legal, financial, recruitment or regulated professional advice.
Corrections and complaints
If a report attributes something incorrectly or contains an unsupported statement, email Visible. During the beta, the founder will review the issue and either correct the report, explain the source boundary or remove the statement.
