Individual reports are private by default. We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share your assessment answers, CV or individual Proof report with employers, universities, recruiters, advertisers or other third-party organisations for their own use without your separate, explicit permission.

Our current assessment database is hosted by Supabase in Ireland. Netlify runs the website; its assessment backend functions are configured in Ohio, United States. Anthropic helps draft the report, and Resend delivers service email. Resend stores email data in the United States, even when an EU sending region is selected. This is not a Saudi-only, GCC-only or EU-only processing service. Account-specific AI processing locations, backup arrangements and transfer safeguards remain under review; contact us before submitting if you require a particular location.
From your answers to your Proof
Website enquiries are hosted and handled through Netlify. Assessment answers and an optional CV provide the context for your Proof. The staging service uses Anthropic to draft the report, Supabase to store assessment information, and Resend for service email. Relevant supplied career information is processed for drafting; do not include patient information, employer secrets or information you are not authorised to share. A CV is optional.
Visible's founder reviews the draft before release. AI drafting and human review do not independently verify your achievements. Ask hello@visiblegcc.com for current processing details before submitting if you need a specific location, retention or contractual safeguard confirmed. No claim of local-only processing is made.
During the private beta, every Proof is reviewed by Visible's founder before delivery. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share your assessment answers, CV or individual Proof report with employers, universities, recruiters, advertisers or other third-party organisations for their own use without your separate, explicit permission. Declining that optional sharing does not prevent you from receiving your individual Proof.
The service providers named above process information to help us host the service, draft and store your report, and deliver service emails. This necessary processing is described on this page and in the assessment notice; it is distinct from sharing your information with another organisation for its own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law. We do not promise that no third party ever processes your data.
Private Proof links remain available for up to 180 days after a reviewed release, subject to the retention deadline below so you can return after 60–90 days with new evidence. Each new reviewed release starts a fresh access window within that retention limit. Keep your link private; contact hello@visiblegcc.com if you need help with expired access. Link access is separate from the retention period below.
Unreleased submissions have a 90-day retention deadline from submission. Released assessment records, CVs, report versions and private follow-up have a 12-month deadline from the first reviewed release. A refresh does not silently restart that retention period. Ordinary participant access and processing are blocked when the deadline is reached; erasure is handled through a separate reviewed process. Daily retention checks identify records requiring attention. Automatic bulk erasure is not currently enabled. A deletion request can be made sooner. Visible will acknowledge a request and aims to complete deletion within 30 days, unless information must be kept for a legal or security reason that will be explained to you. Primary database erasure removes the assessment, CV, stored report versions, progress and linked Proof feedback together. A minimal record reference and deletion receipt remain for accountability and to prevent accidental restoration. Provider logs, email/mailbox copies, backups and local exports require separate checks; we explain any remaining copies or retention limits rather than promise instant deletion everywhere.
Visible uses the information to provide a beta service you requested and on the basis of the choices and consent shown before submission. Marketing contact and any institutional or research use require separate permission; refusing those optional uses does not prevent delivery of an invited individual Proof.
Visible does not decide whether you should be hired, promoted or admitted to a programme. The report is career-development guidance based mainly on information you provide. Human review does not independently verify every claim, and an employer or institution should not treat the report as a hiring decision.
The current private beta is for participants aged 18 or over. Do not submit a minor's information.

Aggregate, cohort-level insight shared with an institutional partner is never linked back to an identifiable individual without that individual's separate, explicit consent. Any future institution-commissioned pilot must explain who can see individual information and establish the appropriate legal basis and permissions before collection or sharing. An institution paying for a pilot does not, by itself, give it access to your individual answers, CV or report.
Optional website measurement
Optional website activity measurement is currently disabled on this public website. No activity counts are sent by this version. Separate staging measurement may operate only with an optional browser choice; it does not include names, answers, CVs or report contents. Infrastructure providers may still process technical request information as described above.
