How It Works

Three steps.
One honest process.

Every step exists to remove a specific excuse people give for never doing this work: too long, too vague, too slow. Nothing here is padded.

01

Answer & Upload

20–25 minutes of structured questions — real achievements, forced-choice scenarios that surface how you actually operate (not how you'd like to think you do), and an optional CV upload. The questions themselves adapt to your actual career stage — a final-year student sees genuinely different scenarios than a director, because the two lives aren't the same.

02

Score & Benchmark

Your responses are scored across six capability dimensions and compared to a real market standard — triangulated from salary surveys, live job postings, and, as the dataset grows, aggregated data from Visible's own users in the same role and market. Saudi and UAE are benchmarked separately, not blended into one GCC average, because the two markets genuinely differ.

03

Review & Deliver

A founder personally reviews every single Proof before it's delivered — within 24 hours. This is the part most tools skip. It's also the part that makes the difference between a generic AI output and something a hiring manager or a board actually trusts.

Why Forced Choices

Most of what you know
can't be asked for directly.

In 1966, philosopher Michael Polanyi named this precisely: we know more than we can tell. You can recognise a face among a million others, instantly, without ever being able to explain exactly how. Forced choices exist because direct questions can't reach that kind of knowledge — they surface the instinct underneath the version of yourself you present.

THE 3 MOVES

CALIBRATION
